The Cartwright

Mixed-Use Development
The Cartwright will be a new 5-story mixed-use structure located at the corner of Commercial and Bush Streets just South of Downtown Salem. The project includes 45 residential units with several on the ground floor designated as live/work. The length of the building is broken into vertical elements with gable roofs to help it relate to the surrounding residential neighborhood. These “boxes” are rotated slightly to orient to the views of Bush Park and the Willamette River giving The Cartwright a unique contextual architecture.
